We have relocated from London to Liverpool’s award-winning converted warehouse, The Tea Factory.
We are delighted to share the news that we have now relocated our headquarters from London to Liverpool. £400k has been invested into our move, which will aid us in playing a prominent role in Liverpool’s regeneration as well as creating a minimum of 30 in-house jobs and hundreds of building and construction jobs.
The team here at RW Invest are excited to be housed in a building steeped in unique Liverpool history, the newly refurbished warehouse, The Tea Factory. Once one of Liverpool’s major imports, tea brought hundreds of ships to the docks along with a Chinese population that is today the oldest in Europe.
It seems serendipitous for RW Invest to be housed in a building central to Liverpool’s global heritage, considering our company attracts investors to the city from all around the globe.
The Tea Factory, on Wood Street, is situated within the thriving Ropewalks area of the city. This is a flourishing growth area, which has benefitted from over £100m of investment over the last decade.
Ropewalks is now bustling with activity, from design-led businesses to independent shops and galleries such as the UK’s leading media arts centre, FACT.
Home to the UK’s first in-house show apartments
We now cover 3,500 sq ft of The Tea Factory, which includes our brand-new show apartments. These enable investors the rare opportunity to have an in-depth informative experience before choosing their next investment property. This makes us the only company in the UK to exhibit in-house show apartments.
On display, we have true-to-scale residential and student show apartments, identical to those inside some of our apartment schemes. These are displayed complete with all their fixtures and fittings, giving investors the chance to witness the true finished quality of the units available.
We are already behind some of the city’s most exciting new projects. Our latest development, One Islington Plaza, is situated at the heart of Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter, which is currently experiencing over £1billion of investment.
Director of RW Invest, Michael Gledhill, states that he very excited to be playing a role in the ongoing regeneration in the city, and feels that the Knowledge Quarter is going to form an important part of Liverpool’s future development. One Islington Plaza will be a landmark building in the gateway to the Knowledge Quarter.
