A High Growth Area

Salford Quays is one of the UK’s most thriving regeneration areas. Home to the million-pound regeneration scheme, MediaCityUK, those investing in Bridgewater Wharf are likely to benefit from significant growth over time thanks to ongoing Salford Quays redevelopment.

Manchester and the North West region as a whole are set to see house price growth at a higher rate than other UK regions. According to Zoopla, residential property values in Manchester had risen by 5.1% in the year to May 2019, while North West house prices have risen at an annual rate of 5.6% from July 2017 to July 2018.

High Demand City Living

Due to the proximity of MediaCityUK, Bridgewater Wharf is popular with young professionals. Those working in one of the many businesses within MediaCityUK will jump at the chance to live in accommodation that’s so close to the development, along with being just a short journey away from Manchester city centre.

The modern, high-quality design of Bridgewater Wharf apartments is also appealing to a young professional crowd, while luxury features like an onsite gym and private gardens and terraces help to boost demand even further and ensure you generate consistent rental returns for your investment.
