Merchant’s Wharf Construction Updates

Completion is fast approaching at Merchant’s Wharf as progress continues to be made across the site. External works are in their final stages with landscaping, footpaths and car park tarmacking progressing well. Internally, electrical testing and meter installation are well underway alongside furniture installation and final decorations.

The flat roof covering, cladding installation and curtain walling were all but completed during this period as steady advancements continued to be made across the site. Key internal works including plaster finishes, kitchen units and bathroom sanitary fittings also progressed significantly. 

Great progress was made at Merchant’s Wharf in the latest period with final external works including curtain walling and cladding installation almost complete on final hoist apartments.

The onsite team have also made advances with the internal works package as electrical, plumbing and heating 2nd fixes are all over 80% complete.

Major progress has been made at Merchant’s Wharf over the summer period with the majority of external works nearing completion. The internal fit-out has also made huge ground in both blocks, with 1st and 2nd fixes all at an advanced stage.

Great progress has been made within the second quarter of 2023 at Merchant’s Wharf. The flat roof covering approaches completion at the end of June with brickwork to elevations now passed the halfway mark.

Internally, partition wall installation is fast progressing toward completion in Block A and is in the final stages in Block B. 2^nd fixes of electrical, plumbing and heating works were also commenced in June.

Structural framework and weatherboarding completed in Quarter 1 .  As well as this, brickwork was commenced to external elevations alongside the installation of windows.

Internally, great progress was seen in the period with the installation of partition walls commenced on a number of floors as well as 1^st fix electrical, plumbing and heating works.
