The internal staircase structure and sub-structure masonry walls have now been completed. A number of other tasks have progressed during this time.
September 2022
Work has been progressing nicely and a number of tasks have reached completion, including the upper suspended steel floor structure and dire coating to the steel framework.
August 2023
Work at Element – The Quarter has taken another major step toward completion as kitchen units and appliances, doorframes, bathroom sanitary fittings and 1st fixes have now been signed off.
