Current Progress

  • Completion of window installation.
  • Near completion of 1st fix MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) including sprinkler system.
  • Near completion of all partitions and ceilings.

Q2 2023 (On schedule)

 

Excellent progress has been maintained across the site recently with fire protection and structural infilling works now complete.  Partition corridor and party walls are also complete on all floors, while plastering operations are now being undertaken on all levels.

With plans currently well on track, the onsite team will soon be working towards the significant completion of the second floor, commencement of the roofing works, and completion of the show flat.
