At Vantage Point, scaffolding has recently been completed and demolition is progressing nicely.

JANUARY 2023

Excellent progress has been maintained across the site recently with fire protection and structural infilling works now complete. Partition corridor and party walls are also complete on all floors, while plastering operations are now being undertaken on all levels.

APRIL 2023

It has been a busy month at Vantage Point with the lift refurbishment and show flat completing during this time. Decorations are also complete internally to floors 2 and 3, with reception areas coming up to completion shortly.

JULY 2023

Work is progressing well towards completion at Vantage Point following several key milestones being reached in the last month. The internal apartment areas on floors 2, 3 and 4 are now complete, while all roof works have been completed and leak tested.
