After you have reserved your chosen unit with our sales team, your details will be passed over to our client care team.
The client care team at RWinvest plays a big part in the property investment process, and focuses on helping investors exchange their buy-to-let purchases.
Here at RWinvest, we care a lot about customer service and customer care, which is why our client care team is passionate about doing everything they can to make the investment process easier for our clients.

Client Care Team

Step 1: Introductions With Your Client Care Representative
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you’ll be contacted by one of our client care representatives.
A member of our client care team will introduce themselves and tell you a bit about the service they’re going to provide you.
This stage is the perfect time to ask any questions and find out about anything you’re unsure of. Remember that no question is too small, especially when it comes to property investment!
During this stage, the client care representative you work with will let you know about the next steps of your investment purchase.
Client care is an integral part of the support and aftercare provided by RWinvest to ensure every investor has the best experience possible.

Step 2: Instruction of a Solicitor
At RWinvest, we work with top UK solicitors whom we recommend to our clients.
Solicitors are needed to exchange contracts when buying property, which is carried out during the 21-day reservation period.
Working with our recommended solicitors ensures that your property purchase runs as smoothly as possible.
This is because the solicitors we work with are experienced and knowledgeable in their field and have first-hand experience working with clients who have purchased a unit in the same developments.
Working with our recommended solicitors also means you may gain access to discounted legal fees.
At this stage of the purchase process, a client care team member will instruct a solicitor who will help move your purchase along.

Step 3: Client Care Liaise With Your Solicitor
Once our client care representative has instructed a solicitor on your behalf, they will liaise with the solicitor and facilitate the Source of Funding and ID process.
Those buying property will need to supply documents to comply with Money Laundering Regulations. As the investor of a property, you’ll need to provide certain documents to prove your identity.
These are the documents that will usually be accepted as proof of identity:
- A Certified True Copy of a bank statement. This must be from the account from which the purchase funds will be transferred.
- A Certified True Copy of your passport or a driving license with a photo.
- Proof of Residency. This could be a utility bill dated within the last three months.
Ask your client care representative if you’re unsure about the documents that can and can’t be used.

Step 4: Client Care Help With Any Queries
Throughout the entire process of taking your investment from reservation to exchange, our client care team is on hand to respond to any queries you might have, or to refer back to the solicitors for any legal enquiries that may arise.
Give your client care representative a call or drop them an email with any questions, and they’ll get back to you with a swift and friendly response.
Our client care is famed for its quality and commitment, which is why we have some of the best customer reviews in the business.

Step 5: Client Care Facilitate Exchange
The final stage of the buying process, when investors are working with our client care team, focuses on exchanging contracts.
You will be provided with a copy of your purchase contract, leasehold agreement, and any supporting documents.
You then must sign these documents and send them back to be processed. Once this has been done, you’ll be issued an exchange statement that details the amount required from you to exchange and/or complete your property purchase.
Once all the required funds have been sent and received, you will have officially exchanged and/or completed your purchase!
We’re incredibly proud of our client care, which is why we go above and beyond for our investors, just like with our fantastic referral scheme.
After you have officially exchanged, the client care team will then pass your details over to our post-sales team to further assist you.
