- Externally, the building’s final form is emerging. Cladding is now complete on Phases 1 to 3 with Phase 4 progressing well. Brickwork, window installations and Juliette balcony balustrades are all advancing, contributing to the defined and finished appearance of the façade.
- Internally, fit-out activity continues to build pace. In Phase 1, many apartments are now at an advanced stage with kitchens installed and final finishes such as flooring, tiling and decoration underway. Phases 2 and 3 are following closely behind with internal layout works progressing and initial fit-out starting across several levels. Remaining structural works are also being completed to enable continued progress throughout the building.
- Preparations for power-on and commissioning of key systems are also underway — a critical step in moving the development closer to completion.
