RWinvest – The International Property Awards Wins

RWinvest are proud to have won multiple titles at the International Property Awards since 2022. In both 2024 and 2023, the company was recognized as the Best Merseyside Estate Agency (2-4 Offices) and the Best UK Estate Agency (2-4 Offices), reflecting a strong regional and national presence.

Our team were also proud to have won the title of Best Greater Manchester Estate Agency (Single Office) and Best London Property Agency Consultancy in 2024.

Achievements in 2023 include the awards of Best Merseyside Real Estate Agency (Single Office) and Best Merseyside Real Estate Agency Marketing, while our win of Best Merseyside Property Agency/Consultancy in 2022 solidifies our position as a leader in the property investment and consultancy space.

Legacie has achieved significant recognition at the International Property Awards for its exceptional developments across the UK.

In 2024, The Gateway was celebrated as both the Best Residential High Rise Development in Merseyside and the Best Residential High Rise Development in the UK, highlighting the project’s national impact.

Additionally, The Prestige earned the title of Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment in Merseyside, showcasing Legacie’s expertise in redeveloping existing buildings.

Their earlier successes include the 2023 accolades for Embankment Exchange, which was named the Best Apartment Condominium Development in the UK, the Best Apartment Condominium in Greater Manchester, and the Best Architecture for Multiple Residences in Greater Manchester, underscoring the project’s architectural and residential excellence.

Legacie’s reputation for high-rise innovation was further cemented in 2021 with Parliament Square winning Best Residential High Rise Development in Merseyside. These awards affirm Legacie’s leadership in delivering groundbreaking, high-quality developments.

Nexus has earned significant recognition at the YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards for its innovative developments and contributions to the North West property scene.

In 2024, Nexus celebrated three major wins: Contribution to Public Realm for Grand Piazza in One Baltic Square, Apartment Development of the Year for One Baltic Square, and Best Proposed Development for the highly anticipated SoapWorks.

In 2023, ELEMENT – the Quarter was named Best Large New Home Development, showcasing Nexus’s commitment to creating exceptional living spaces.

Earlier, in 2022, the company was awarded the title of Emerging Developer of the Year, reflecting its rapid rise as a leader in the property development industry. These accolades highlight Nexus’s dedication to design excellence, innovation, and community-focused development.

Alongside the International Property Awards and YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards, there are a range of other award types that RWinvest, Nexus and Legacie have won titles for over recent years.

RWinvest and Nexus both gained two award wins at the Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards 2025. RWinvest won the titles Investment Agency of the Year 2025 and Outstanding Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, while Nexus won Residential Property Developer of the Year and Innovator of the Year.

In 2024, RWinvest was honored at the World Business Outlook Awards as the Largest Property Investment Company in the UK and for offering the Best Property Investment Opportunities Platform in the UK.

We also secured the Best Alternative Investment title at the ADVFN International Financial Awards and were recognised for an Outstanding Commitment to Inward Investment at the Employee Excellence Awards, where Nexus also earned the Green Champion Award.

Additionally, RWinvest was named the Best Luxury Real Estate Investment Company in the North West by the Luxury Lifestyle Awards and achieved the Best Property Investment Company distinction at the Northern Enterprise Awards in 2023. Back in 2020, we were also hailed Property Business of the Year at the Business Desk’s Business Master’s Awards.

Legacie, meanwhile, has solidified its reputation as a leader in real estate development with accolades including Property Firm of the Year at the City of Liverpool Business Awards and recognition as the Best Real Estate Construction, Development & Investment Company in the UK by the SME Business Elite Awards in 2022.

Legacie also earned the title of the Most Trusted Real Estate Investment Company in the UK at the LUX Life Leading Designer Awards.
