The shift from preliminary works to active transformation is becoming increasingly visible on site with fantastic progress made on the refurbishment, providing a clear platform for the next stage as 2025 comes to a close.

Key materials for the upcoming construction phases have now arrived on site, positioning the team well to maintain strong momentum over the coming weeks. - Hoist and scaffolding is being installed
The hoist is being erected and scaffolding installation is well underway, improving site access and enabling external works to progress swiftly. - Lift replacement works are underway
The original lift systems have been fully removed. Preparations are now in place for the installation of brand-new, modern lift units that will significantly enhance the overall building experience. - Service containers are being prepared
Specialised containers that will house the electrical and water infrastructure are currently being prepared for installation. This marks an important step toward fully modernising the building’s core services.
