What Awards Have RWinvest Won?

In 2022, RWinvest attended the UK ceremony of the International Property Awards in London. This is an annual event held around the globe that celebrates the highest levels of achievement in the property and real estate industry. We’re happy to report that we returned home from this event with two awards.

This includes the Merseyside Property Agency/Consultancy of the Year award. We are incredibly proud of this achievement, and we believe this recognition is proof of RWinvest’s status as one of the UK’s best property investment companies.

We also received the award for the Best Sustainable Residential Development in Merseyside, on behalf of Nexus Residential, for our ‘ELEMENT – The Quarter’ development. This accolade is reflective of RWinvest’s commitment to energy efficiency and brings attention to the impressive and cutting-edge eco-features of this development.

At the YM Liverpool 2022 Awards, we were also happy to receive the Community Award thanks to our work with charitable organisations such as the Inclusive Hub.

In 2021, we were nominated as one of the Businesses of the Year in the prestigious Echo Regional Business Awards. As an event recognising the best in Merseyside business, we were honoured and proud to be a runner-up, despite not taking home the prize.

RWinvest also won 2020 North West Property Business of the Year at the Business Masters Awards. This is an annual event that celebrates a wide range of UK businesses. We were thrilled to be recognised as a key player in the North West business scene, and part of the region’s economic growth.
