January, February Construction Progress
Q1 2025
At the beginning of the new year, the core structure advanced to level 5 as steady progress continued across the site.
The level 1 floor slab was completed, while work commenced on the level 2 decks and slab pour. Elsewhere, tower crane 7 was erected, level 3 slab preparations advanced and essential foul connection works were carried out.

This period brought the commencement of groundworks and the concrete frame.
Following the completion of foundations, the stair and lift core advanced significantly, while drainage works continued. The tower crane base was also prepared for mobilisation in the next quarter.

This quarter, initial site preparation and enabling works were completed, along with piling in advance of the foundation phase.
Fencing and hoarding were also installed across the site to establish a secure environment for the next stage of construction.
