January, February & March Construction Progress

Q1 2024

Several key elements were completed in the first quarter of 2024 including the steel frame, cabling to the internal trenches and deck slabs to level 15 of the building. Along with these significant milestones, key works such as curtain walling, glazing and mast climber installation continued to make steady progress.

October, November & December Construction Progress

Q4 2023

Excellent progress was made in several key areas across the site during this period, including the installation of the steel frame which moved to level 14 of the building. Metal decking and the concrete pour progressed to level 13 while drainage works moved closer to completion. Internal blockwork commenced in November and will continue to progress into the new year.

July, August & September Construction Progress

Q3 2023

Excellent visible progress was made at One Park Lane during Quarter Three, as the steel frame contractor continued with the installation of the structural steel frame, brackets to the reinforced concrete core, and placement of the decking packs.

Drainage works also continued to progress during this period and are expected to be close to completion before the year is out. Placement of mesh reinforcement and stud welding also commenced in August ahead of the concrete pour sequence to the upper floors.

The second quarter of the year saw the progression of the core wall up to level 15 and the commencement of drainage works at One Park Lane.

Several other important advances were made including the dismantling of the slip-form rig and the progression of groundworks to enable the ground floor slab pour in quarter three.

January, February & March Construction Progress

Site clearance and mobilisation commenced at the end of 2022 and continued over the first three months of 2023 to enable the progression of key construction works at One Park Lane.

During the first quarter of the year, several advances were made across the site such as the commencement of piling works which included pile integrity testing. Foundations were also poured, and the tower crane was mobilised, while core base reinforcement works began with slip-form installed and concrete pour commenced.
