The council’s renewed commitment, including financial backing for schemes like Kier Property’s Pall Mall development, signals a serious intention to push ahead with Grade A office space and infrastructure.
This, in turn, increases the city’s appeal for professionals and renters, particularly in central and emerging districts, which naturally drives residential demand. Liverpool has been considered a prime city for business opportunities for many years, and by introducing more premium office space to the city centre, we expect a further boost in business activity along with increased rental demand from young professional tenants.
At the same time, focus is turning to historically underserved areas like North Liverpool. With the launch of Imagine Liverpool, a new regeneration board led by local voices like Andrew Hunt, there’s a genuine effort to ensure future growth is equitable and inclusive.
North of the city centre, the Pumpfields District has been a talking point for a while now, set to become one of the city’s most dynamic areas. The £2.5 billion regeneration masterplan aims to deliver up to 10,000 new homes and vibrant mixed-use spaces, connecting Pumpfields with the city centre and waterfront.
Our latest launch in the district, Victoria Point @ SoapWorks, has already seen high levels of investor interest in the couple of weeks since launching. The tallest block within the development, this project will form a striking part of Liverpool’s iconic skyline, and comes complete with luxury facilities and eco-friendly features.
