With all core consultants and contractors appointed and site preparation works complete, the scheme is firmly positioned to transition into its main construction phase.

- Professional Team Appointments Complete
All key appointments are now secured, including Architect, Structural Engineer, Services Consultant, Acoustician, Fire Consultant, Contract Administrator, Principal Contractor, and Building Control.
With the full professional team in place, the project benefits from clear oversight, coordinated delivery, and strong governance as it moves into construction. - Site Establishment and Enabling Works Completed
Site hoardings are fully installed, ensuring safe and secure site operations. Disconnection of existing services and drainage surveys have been completed, preparing the site for redevelopment.
Welfare facilities are operational and temporary electrical installations are in place, meaning the site is fully mobilised and ready for the next stage of works. - Demolition and Structural Preparation Works
Scaffolding has been erected to roof level, providing safe access for ongoing works. Removal of existing concrete beams has been successfully completed, and internal demolition works are now fully complete.
This marks a significant milestone, as the building transitions from strip-out works toward redevelopment and reconstruction. - Design Development Advancing
Roof design, window design, and fire-stopping details are currently being finalised. Stage 4 technical design drawings are progressing following completion of the coordinated Revit model.
This level of design development ensures full compliance, technical coordination across disciplines, and a smooth transition into the main construction phase. - Programme Position
With demolition works complete, site infrastructure established, and technical design advancing, Park View Residences is progressing in accordance with the anticipated programme.

Exciting progress continues at Park View Residence in Warrington with multiple first phase internal demolition milestones achieved and site clearance is well underway, with work progressing from the top floors downward. The top two floors have already been completed, and the third floor is nearing completion.
Preparations for scaffolding installation are now in motion, with deliveries imminent. Once erected, this will enable external renovations to begin, marking a significant step forward in the building’s redevelopment.
Fire protection measures are also advancing, with final checks taking place.
The onsite team are preparing for the next stages internally with works on the flooring being prepared for a transformation into modern living high quality flooring.
Lift testing is due to begin soon to ensure they meet modern performance and safety requirements. As a precaution, the lifts remain switched off during other site activities to prevent unnecessary wear and damage.
Each completed stage brings Park View Residence closer to becoming a beautifully refurbished development, blending high-quality modern interiors with a prime Warrington location.
