What Is Gateway 2?
Gateway 2 is a mandatory approval stage introduced under the Building Safety Act for higher-rise residential developments. Before substantive construction can proceed, developers must obtain formal approval from the Building Safety Regulator.
This requires submission of a comprehensive technical design package, including:
