    Around £128 million has been pumped into the area’s regeneration, with a further boost of £62 million planned in the coming years.

    Over the next few years, 500,000 feet of commercial space will have been generated through regeneration, and the derelict St James train station will be reopened as Liverpool Baltic Station to give a massive boost in transport access to the Triangle.

    Alongside this new train station, further plans were revealed in late 2020, which include a new public park, green corridors and enhanced connectivity to secure the Baltic Triangle’s place as one of Liverpool’s busiest areas.
