We specialise in hands-off property investment, managing rental properties on behalf of investors. From marketing and tenant screening to maintenance and rent collection, our aim is to make owning a rental property completely stress-free.

We find tenants through the strength and popularity of the Legacie brand and targeted marketing, including advertising on Rightmove.

We follow a thorough screening and referencing process including requiring proof of the tenant’s salary, credit history, a previous landlord reference, and a credit history check.

This ensures only reliable, suitable tenants move into our investors’ properties.

Lindsey –

Every project has a dedicated property manager. Tenants report issues through our Fixflo app, ensuring maintenance requests are logged and actioned quickly. This seamless communication keeps properties in top condition without the investor having to get involved.

Tracey –

We ensure a positive experience by focusing on fast response times, regular communication, and giving each client a dedicated rental officer to handle rent collection and updates. We even keep tenants informed about what’s happening within their development to build a sense of community.

Ashleigh – 

Our services are designed for investors with busy lifestyles or those who have purchased a UK property outside of their place of residency. Whether you live overseas or simply don’t have the time to deal with rental admin, we act as your single point of contact. We provide quarterly updates on rental payments, occupancy, and upcoming renewals — while also being on-hand whenever you need us.

Lindsey –

If a tenant is due to end their tenancy, we plan ahead so your property isn’t left empty. Tenancy agreements are initially set at six months with one month’s notice required. As soon as a tenant gives notice, we advertise the property and work hard to secure the next resident before the property is vacant.

To create a truly hands-off experience, we use technology such as the Fixflow app for repairs and maintenance reporting, an advanced CRM to track lettings and communication, a dedicated phoneline for investor queries, and the Legacie website for marketing and tenant information.
