Exciting New Award Wins For RWinvest and Partners
On Thursday 4th September 2025, members of the RWinvest team proudly attended the Metro Employer’s Excellence Awards – a prestigious event celebrating organisations that go above and beyond in their commitment to people, progress, and responsible business practice.
We are delighted to share the news that our group ended the evening with two new trophy’s, with RWinvest winning the International Investment Award, while our director, Michael Gledhill, was crowned Business Leader of the Year! Our partners at Legacie Developments also secured some huge titles worth celebrating, including Property Team of the Year!

A Night of Excellence
Hosted by Vernon Kay, the Metro Employer’s Excellence Awards brings together forward-thinking businesses from across the region to celebrate their achievements, from innovation in workplace culture to contributions to local communities.
This year, the ceremony highlighted the organisations that have been shown to demonstrate resilience, creativity, and inclusivity in today’s evolving business landscape. Several members of the RWinvest team attended the event, held at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel.
For our colleagues, it was an inspiring evening listening to speeches from industry leaders, and an opportunity to celebrate alongside like-minded organisations that share our passion for positive change.
Our Award Wins
RWinvest is proud to have been recognised for our achievements in the property investment sector, winning the International Investment Company of the Year award. This accolade highlights our commitment to providing high-quality investment opportunities on a global scale and encouraging foreign investment into the UK’s key cities.
The ceremony also celebrated the success of our director, Michael Gledhill, who was named Business Leader of the Year for his work with Nexus Residential. His inspirational leadership, strategic vision, and ability to drive growth have been instrumental in the company’s success and development.
Having recently won two awards at this year’s Sunday Times Property and Construction Awards, including the title of Investment Agency of the Year, it is fantastic to be able to grow our accolades at another event in 2025.
A Special Mention
A special mention also goes to our partners at Legacie Developments, who were recognised on the night with some well-earned award wins of their own. Legacie ended the night with three new award wins for Property Team of the Year, Employer Impact of the Year for their Second Chance Scheme, and Innovation Employer of the Year for Jayde Spa at Parliament Square.
Their well-deserved wins highlight the incredible contribution they make as a key business within the UK property sector.
