Securing three standout regional titles, the RWinvest team were proud to bring three shiny new awards back to our office:

To be named the best real estate agency in not only one major UK area, but three, was a great recognition and a testament to the hard work of our committed teams, and the investment appeal of our developments.
In 2024, we were proud to have won the title of best Greater Manchester Estate Agency (Single Office) and Best London Property Agency Consultancy, and in 2023, we were crowned best Merseyside Real Estate Agency (Single Office) and Best Merseyside Real Estate Agency Marketing. Our first win with the International Property Awards, back in 2022, earned us the title of best Merseyside Property Agency/Consultancy.

Exciting New Wins For our Partners
Our longstanding partners Legacie and Nexus Residential also secured some major awards of their own. Legacie won two titles for Embankment Exchange – best Mixed Use Development in Manchester and best Residential High-Rise Development in Manchester.
Nexus was recognised for SoapWorks in Liverpool with the award for best Residential High-Rise Architecture in Merseyside, and best Apartment Condominium Development with West One.
These awards support Legacie and Nexus’ reputations for delivering transformative, design-led schemes that stand out for all the right reasons.
