Last night, RWinvest attended the Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards, and we’re delighted to announce that we won Investment Agency of the Year, marking our first award win of 2026!

Held on the evening of April 30th at the stunning Concorde Conference Centre at Manchester Airport’s Runway Visitor Park, the Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards brought together leading developers, agents, and property professionals from across the UK.
The awards were presented by Janet Street-Porter, bringing a touch of personality and prestige to an already standout event.
The event itself was just as memorable as the awards. Set beneath the iconic Concorde, the venue had an incredible atmosphere, with our tables positioned directly under the aircraft.
We even had the chance to step onboard and learn more about Concorde’s fascinating history, which added a unique and immersive element to the evening.
The event recognised innovation, performance, and impact within the construction and property industries, and it was an honour to be part of such a prestigious lineup.
