Celebrating 21 Years of Milestones

September is a milestone month for RWinvest as we proudly celebrate 21 years in business!

Since our launch in 2004, we’ve experienced incredible growth and achieved some truly defining milestones along the way. To mark this special anniversary, we’re taking a look back at 21 standout moments that have shaped our journey so far.

Defining Moments of the Early Days

1. RWinvest Was Born!

We launched back in 2004, marking the beginning of our business journey.

2. We Opened Our London Office

Our first RWinvest office, located in London, was opened back in 2004.

3. Our Liverpool Head Office Was Opened

In 2016, we opened our first Liverpool Head Office at the Tea Factory on Wood Street.

4. The Bridewell Completed

In 2015, we celebrated the completion of our unique Liverpool site, the Bridewell. This redevelopment project, led by Caro Developments, saw a Grade II Listed Victorian prison transformed into modern student accommodation.

5. Reliance House Sold Out in Less Than 6 Months

In 2019, our Reliance House site sold out in under 6 months, marking an exciting benchmark for the growth of our business and the popularity of our investment opportunities.

Growth and Expansion

6. We Became the Exclusive Agent for Legacie Developments

In 2019, we became the exclusive seller of developments from Legacie, strengthening a long-standing relationship with the award-winning developer.

7. We Opened our Manchester Office in MediaCityUK

2020 was a big year of business growth for RWinvest, and this included the grand opening of our Manchester office, based in MediaCityUK.

8. We Won Our First Award

In 2020, a handful of the team travelled to Manchester for our first-ever awards ceremony hosted by the Business Desk. We were delighted to win North West Property Business of the Year at the Business Masters Awards!

9. New Record Sell-Out For City Terraces

We hit a new record in 2020 by selling out all units in our City Terraces site within less than 3 months!

10. We Raised £6,217 for the Inclusive Hub

We have been sponsoring the Inclusive Hub for many years, and in 2021, we took part in a sponsored run, raising £6,217 for the charity.

Exciting Achievements

11. Parliament Square Block C Completes

In 2022, we marked the completion of block C of our Parliament Square development, developed by Legacie. Home to Liverpool’s first-ever rooftop spa, this is another exciting milestone to celebrate.

12. The Completion of ELEMENT – The Quarter

In 2023, we were proud to announce the completion of ELEMENT – The Quarter from Nexus Residential. The first major eco-development in Liverpool, this marked a huge milestone for us and a symbol of our commitment to an environmentally-friendly future in property.

13. We Planted 49,900 Trees in the Amazon Rainforest

In partnership with One Tree Planted for our ELEMENT – The Quarter site, by 2022 we had planted a total of 49,900 trees in the Amazon rainforest!

14. We Won 9 Titles at the International Property Awards

Between 2022 and 2024, we’re proud to have won a total of nine awards at the International Property Awards, including an award for Best Real Estate Agency (2-4 offices category) for the whole of the UK.

15. We Won Property Investment Company of the Year for 2 Years Running

In both 2023 and 2024, we celebrated being crowned the Property Investment Company of the Year for two consecutive years at the YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards.

Continued Momentum and a Forward-Thinking Outlook

16. We Completed One Baltic Square

A key landmark development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle, One Baltic Square was officially completed in 2024.

17. We Opened Our New Liverpool Head Office

After eight years in our Wood Street site, we swapped Ropewalks for the Baltic Triangle and opened a new Liverpool head office at our current base in One Baltic Square.

18. We Commenced Our First Warrington Renovation Project

In 2025, development commenced for our first ever Warrington renovation project, Park View, recognising the growing appeal of Warrington as a top buy to let town.

19. We Launched Landmark Developments in Liverpool Regeneration Zone

In 2024 and 2025, we launched two exciting developments located in Liverpool’s most exciting new regeneration area, the Pumpfields District. SoapWorks and the Gateway are set to become some of Liverpool’s most in-demand, dynamic projects.

20. We Sponsored the Metro Pride Awards

In February this year, we sponsored the first-ever Metro Pride Awards – a fantastic event that celebrates LGBTQ+ individuals that have achieved greatness across various fields.

21. We Scooped Up 2 New Awards

So far throughout 2025 we have gained two shiny new accolades. In May, we won the awards for Investment Agency of the Year and Outstanding Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and at the Sunday Times Property and Construction Awards, and in September, we were prized the International Investment Award at the Employer’s Excellence Awards.

More Exciting Things to Come

These 21 highlights represent just a handful of our proudest moments since the beginning of RWinvest. The business has grown massively over the past 21 years and we have so many more huge things to come.
