We’re delighted to say that RWinvest has been nominated for several awards. We are up for ‘Property Investment Company of the Year’, ‘LCR Business of the Year’ and have also been shortlisted for the ‘Innovation Award’.
In addition, we have been nominated twice along with long-time partners Legacie for ‘Best Proposed Development’ for our flagship project The Gateway, and upcoming development located at the former Tannery. Legacie has also been shortlisted in this category for the Heaps Rice Mill scheme.
RWinvest works alongside Legacie to bring investors some of the best new developments in the UK, so we are thrilled that they are gaining recognition for their exciting and innovative developments. They are nominated for a slew of awards this year, including ‘Property Developer of the Year’ and ‘LCR Business of the Year’.
Several of their developments have also received nominations in the ‘Apartment Development of the Year’ category. Parliament Square, Element The Quarter (alongside Nexus Residential), Reliance House, and Parliament Place have all been shortlisted.
Legacie’s charitable efforts have attracted recognition as their Prisoner Leaver Scheme is nominated for ‘The Community Award’. Legacie Lettings is also a candidate for ‘Best Student Landlord’, an accolade they won at last year’s event.
Another one of our long-standing partners, Nexus Residential, has been nominated for City Residence and Central Park in the ‘Best Large New Home Development Category’. One Baltic Square and City Residence is up for ‘Apartment Development of the Year’.
Individuals are also being recognised for their personal contribution to this year’s property and business scene. Both John Morley of Legacie and Michael Gledhill of Nexus have been nominated for ‘Male Business Leader of the Year’.
