The prestigious event, hosted in Manchester, brought together the industry’s top talent to celebrate excellence, innovation, and positive change within Britain’s construction and property landscape. At this year’s ceremony, RWinvest was awarded two accolades:

The last 12 months have been an exciting time for RWinvest. We’ve launched some fantastic properties, including our popular Manchester development, West One, and the final tower in our landmark Liverpool development, The Gateway.

Two Fantastic Wins for Nexus Residential and Legacie
We were also delighted to see that our longstanding partner, Nexus Residential, won two reputable titles:
- Residential Property Developer of the Year
- Innovator of the Year
These awards celebrate Nexus’s forward-thinking approach and outstanding impact on the UK residential property sector.
The Innovator of the Year award highlights Nexus’s commitment to integrating advanced energy-saving technologies and sustainable design into their developments.
This is evidenced through Nexus’ past completed eco-project ELEMENT – The Quarter, alongside current off-plan projects SoapWorks in Liverpool and West One in Manchester, both of which utilise low-carbon technology for optimal EPC ratings.
Being named Residential Property Developer of the Year underscores Nexus’ excellence in delivering high-quality homes and contributing significantly to regeneration efforts across Liverpool and the North West.
We’d also like to congratulate Legacie Developments for their own prestigious wins at the event. Legacie came away with the award for Property Developer of the Year and Development of the Year for Parliament Square, while CEO John Morley bagged the title of Male Champion of the Year.
