On the 5th March 2020, six members of the RWinvest team headed down to Manchester to attend the North West division of the 2020 Business Masters awards.

Hosted by The Business Desk, the Business Masters awards is an annual event that celebrates a wide range of UK businesses.

We’re proud to say that after a long night full of entertainment, networking and celebration, we won the award for property business of the year!

Ever since launching in 2004, RWinvest has continued to grow and expand into one of the UK’s most recognisable property investment companies.

With a strong focus on Northern Powerhouse cities, Liverpool and Manchester, we take pride in being a part of the ongoing regeneration and growing appeal of the North West region.

This is why when we were announced as one of the nominees for the 2020 Business Masters awards at the start of this year, we were thrilled to be recognised as a key player in the North West’s thriving business scene.

Here at RWinvest, we’ve had a lot to celebrate over recent years. In 2019, we became the exclusive seller of Liverpool’s exciting new development, Parliament Square.

Working in collaboration with Legacie Developments, we generated a high-level of investment for Parliament Square and brought further attention to the ever-expanding Baltic Triangle area.

Other milestones have included our work on City Terraces, a huge redevelopment project which transformed a once derelict Liverpool building into stunning residential apartments.

Fast forward to 2022 and we’re still looking for ways to grow our business and improve the investment experience for new and existing clients.

We recently launched our new and improved website, and continue to revolutionise the industry with the utilisation of the latest VR technology to showcase CGI visuals of upcoming off-plan developments.

Sustainability has also played a part in our business growth over the years, with developments like One Baltic Square featuring stunning landscaped gardens, increasing green space in an urban Liverpool area.

We’ve also set our sights on helping to change the world, with our latest development, ELEMENT- The Quarter, using low-carbon technology the likes of which have never been seen for a residential development in the UK.

We would like to thank our wonderful RWinvest team for all of their hard work over the last couple of years.

Without our dedicated sales consultants, client care professionals, post-sales managers, marketing specialists and administrative/accountancy team, we wouldn’t be where we are today!

We would of course also like to thank our expanding client-base who allow us to continue to regenerate and improve the fantastic North West region.
