RWinvest Enjoys Another Stellar Year in 2023

So, 2023 is over, and RWinvest has again enjoyed a fantastic year with multiple projects completed, other projects launched, and a slew of awards to our name.

Established in 2004, RWinvest is one of the UK’s leading property investment agents. Specialising in off-plan residential, student and short-term buy-to-let properties, we have launched 140 projects across 16 major cities.

Our focus has been on developing residential areas in key UK regions, spearheading state-of-the-art developments in districts earmarked for capital investment and regeneration.

As such, RWinvest has introduced a range of high-end residential properties to some of the UK’s most important regeneration zones, providing excellent opportunities to invest in the buy-to-let market.

2023 was no different. Our partnerships with Legacie Developments and Nexus Residential have brought stunning new property projects to the North West and launched several others.

RWinvest were thrilled to bring four completed projects to the City of Liverpool during 2023.

We kicked off the year in style with the completion of Parliament Square Block B, one of four residential blocks in the popular Baltic Triangle. Once each block is constructed, the area will benefit from four unique buildings and 500 luxury apartments, as well as one Dubai-style skyscraper.

In May, Nexus Residential completed development on City Residence Apartments, an innovative project in Liverpool’s Northern Quarter close to the upcoming Gateway development site. The apartments offer fantastic views across the city and sit on the edge of the city centre.

July saw the completion of the first phase of the One Baltic Square, an exciting development in the Baltic Triangle area. The development will comprise five buildings, creating an urban village in one of Liverpool’s trendiest neighbourhoods. With luxury facilities, on-site commercial units, and views of the Liverpool waterfront, OBS is already making waves in the Liverpool property market.

ELEMENT – The Quarter opened its doors in September, becoming Liverpool’s first eco-property, boasting sustainable materials throughout, so residents can enjoy luxury living in an environmentally conscious way. The development sits in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter, a stone’s throw away from the university campuses.

As well as completing those projects, RWinvest has begun work on new property developments to contribute to Liverpool’s already-thriving residential sector.

Construction began on the Rice Works in the Heap’s Mill development site, while One Park Lane (also on the same site) neared its maximum 16-storey in December. The Heaps Mill site will see Legacie Development regenerate a grade II-listed historical area on the edge of Liverpool One, creating a luxury residential area in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

In addition, Legacie Developments and RWinvest broke ground together on The Gateway site, marking the start of a construction journey that will bring New York-style living to Liverpool. Once completed, The Gateway will consist of four skyscrapers in Liverpool’s Northern Quarter, next to the Business District and situated in a neighbourhood that is set to become a rental hotspot thanks to massive regeneration efforts in the area.

In addition to our work in property investment and development, we’ve also supported worthy charitable causes.

A percentage of our Gateway sales go to the Inclusive Hub – an organisation set up to empower people living with various disabilities through exercise.

Meanwhile, RWinvest also donated to the Gloves Up Knives Down project. This initiative aims at communities who have suffered through knife crime, taking at-risk young people and providing boxing facilities to keep them out of harm’s way.

We are proud to support both honourable causes that help make a difference to many individuals in Liverpool and further afield.
