What’s in It for You?

We offer a basic salary with an exceptional commission scheme OTE £60,000 – £100,000 + (Uncapped). Commission is paid monthly, with a realistic and achievable target of one sale per week. We provide each consultant with a premium level of hot leads per week. There are also quarterly incentives such as a £5,000 holiday package, ad hoc incentives, end of month and end of year awards. We also provide a company pension scheme.

We are open to exceptional sales professionals from a non-property background, as we deliver an excellent training and induction program. This could be an opportunity for the best sales people in other sectors to switch to the property investment sector, which shows no signs of slowing down.

What We Are looking For

If you are a top performer in selling considered purchases, where a consultative approach is crucial, it is likely your skills and experience are transferable to selling our highly attractive, off plan property investments. Our best performers have come from a wide range of industries, such as travel, financial services, cars, recruitment, media sales etc. We are open to background, what is most important to us is the following:

Hard-working – Our best performers have great sales flair and customer focus, but also work hard! This is not a typical office job, around half our investors are based overseas. It is vital that you are available when they need you.

Positive Attitude – Sales can be a tough job, you must be able to maintain a positive mindset, in spite of rejections and setbacks. We want to recruit people who have passion, enthusiasm and the ability to build rapport and trust with all internal and external stakeholders.

Sales Ability – Advising customers on the best possible investments, overcoming objections, negotiating prices and payment terms. We are looking for exceptional closers, you must be able to demonstrate this skill!

Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, over the phone/email and face to face. This starts with how your CV and Cover letter are presented and is also covered in initial telephone interviews.

 

How Do I Apply?
