Window installation.
As a new year commenced at One Baltic Square steady progress was made by the onsite team across all blocks with several significant milestones achieved.

Q2 2023

External structures approach completion.
Throughout the Second Quarter of 2023, great progress was made on the brickwork on Blocks B, C and E which was the main focus in terms of the external works during this period.

Q3 2023

Lift core masonry was completed.
Between July and September, excellent visible progress was made to the external structures of the three remaining blocks as the brickwork façade began receiving the final touches.

Q4 2023

IPS units and internal boarding completed.
In the final quarter of 2024, great progress continued to be made at One Baltic Square with IPS units and internal boarding being completed in all blocks.
