Overview

Parliament Square has been a landmark addition to our expanding portfolio of completed projects. This development is made up of four distinct residential blocks, including a Dubai-style skyscraper and brings over 500 luxury apartments to Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

Blocks A, B and D are each similar in design, blending into the surrounding city landscape with natural brickwork, expansive windows and glass-fronted balconies, creating an exterior that is both stylish and subtle.

These blocks come together to form a trendy urban village and add to the visually stunning residential tower that overlooks the Baltic Triangle and the historic Georgian Quarter.

This is the first such tower block to have been constructed in this area of the city and it is impressive in both scale and design. At 17 stories high, the building showcases a glass-dominated façade and a unique staggered layout on the upper floors where the lavish Jayde Spa can be found.
