We purchased an off plan property in Liverpool 4 years ago, which is just due to complete next week. The delays were partially due to covid, and partially due to the development changing hands. This transition was the rocky stage, where we found it unclear what was happening and difficult to get straight answers. However, we did accept that there would likely be rocky patches like this with buying a property off plan. However, now that we’ve seen the flat we’re absolutely delighted. The place looked fantastic, really good quality for the investment we made and we now feel strongly we made the correct decision. There have been a few people involved in the experience, but the standout for us was Daniel Chapman who regularly answered our questions promptly and showed us around the apartment when it was finished. I’ve knocked off 1 star just for the reduced communication frequency during the transition stage, but I do accept that things were chaotic around covid which may have been the reason.

     

Fantastic team guiding me through the whole purchase process - from spending the day showing me the different areas of Liverpool, helping me select the right properties to suit my requirements, getting the paperwork done smoothly and always being on the end of the phone to sort out any queries. Could not have had better service from Daniel, my Property Investment Consultant and Chloe, my client service manager. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt like I was being sold to, they were genuinely interested in client care. Many thanks to them all. I have today exchanged contracts on two apartments and I would not hesitate in working with them again.

Chloe was exceptionally helpful during the exchange process liaising between both myself and the Solicitor to ensure both sides knew what to do and when and chased on a daily basis. I have purchased a previous property through RW Invest who were then also very helpful.

     

As a first-time real estate investor in the UK, I recently had the pleasure of working with RW Invest, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with their service. The journey started with my initial deposit for a 4-bedroom property, which unfortunately didn't work out due to associated government charges which I wasn't aware of and prepared for. However, I was impressed by how RW Invest handled the situation. They prioritized my interests and ensured I didn't lose money by promptly offering me an alternative, more affordable property. This level of transparency and genuine concern for my investment's security impressed me. I enjoyed working with Chloe, the Associate Client Care Manager, throughout the process. I would also like to commend RW Invest for their perseverance in finding the right solicitor to handle the transaction. Although we went through two solicitors who couldn't meet my expectations, RW Invest didn't give up and eventually connected me with a third solicitor who was an absolute delight to work with. Their expertise and efficiency contributed greatly to a stress-free exchange process. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service I received from RW Invest and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in real estate in the UK. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, transparent communication, and ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances truly makes them a joy to work with. Rachael Barkley was my Client Care Executive and couldn’t have made the process any easier or smoother. In fact this was my second purchase with RWinvest and I specially requested Rachael as she had been so fantastic first time round. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to cater for the fact that I live abroad and my availability was restricted due to Ramadan hours also. Rachael held my hand through the whole process and was patience personified.

     

We requested a site visit to look at the flat we have bought as well as the show flat. The staff at RW Invest, especially Daniel Chapman, were quick to respond and set up the visit and were great in the day as were the people on site. Very pleased with the level of service we have received.
