With property investment quickly becoming mainstream, there was a frustrating lack of investment companies out there to help potential investors.
This left many irritated, with a startling lack of quality, reliability, and high returns on offer.
Things needed to change, and our expert directors noticed this.
So, in September 2004, these property experts decided enough was enough.
It was time for a different approach to property investment, with a company aimed at providing a streamlined sales process, the most affordable property possible, and the highest available returns.
And so, they banded together and created RWinvest.
Fast-forward 17 years and our now three Directors have never looked back.

2004 – RWinvest Begins Its Journey
Our directors establish RWinvest and open our very first office in the heart of London.


2010 – New Leeds Office Opens
RWinvest continues to grow, and our teams expand, leading to the opening of our Leeds Office.


2013 – Manchester Office Opens
Just three years after opening our Leeds office, we continue to expand with a new office in Manchester city centre.


2015 – The Bridewell Reaches Completion in Liverpool
The world-class redevelopment of a grade II listed Victorian prison into state-of-the-art student accommodation reached its completion in October 2015.
Developed by our friends at Caro Developments, The Bridewell maintained its Grade II listing while also delivering fresh and contemporary living to Liverpool’s 70,000 students.


2016 – New Head Office Opens in Liverpool City Centre
Due to our continued support helping develop new homes in Liverpool, RWinvest decides to open a new office in Liverpool city centre.
Located in the iconic Tea Factory near Bold Street, our move to Liverpool means we are in the best position possible to monitor the local market and continue to deliver world-class property opportunities in this exciting North West city.


2019 – Ropemaker Place and Reliance House Reach Completion
2019 was an incredibly exciting year for RWinvest, with plenty of new launches offered to our investors.
Perhaps most excitingly, the long-awaited Ropemaker Place and Reliance House reached completion in Liverpool.
Both developed by the award-winning Legacie Developments, units sold at a blistering speed, with Reliance House selling out within just six months – a new record!


2020 – Crowned the North West Property Business of the Year
In March 2020, RWinvest was crowned as the North West Property Business of the Year in the 2020 Business Masters awards.
Hosted by The Business Desk, the prestigious award was one of our proudest achievements, cementing our reputation as one of the best names in the property world.

2020 – City Terraces and City Point Reach Completion
Last year was a monumental year for RWinvest.
Despite the Covid-19 pandemic and ensuing lockdowns, work continued to deliver high-quality properties all year round.
City Terraces, our high-end residential apartments in the L8 postcode, completed in March 2020 after selling out in just three months.
Another of our developments, City Point, also completed in December 2020 and was the latest example of high-quality student accommodation in Liverpool city centre.
City Point was one of our most affordable property opportunities yet, being valued at only £59,995 with massive 8% returns available.


2020 – New Cutting-Edge Manchester Office Opens
A sign of our growth, RWinvest opened a larger and improved Manchester-based office in the thriving MediaCityUK in 2020.
This cutting-edge office space has allowed us to expand further, with more property experts at RWinvest here to help our investors find the perfect property in Manchester and beyond.

2020 – New Projects Launched
Towards the end of 2020 and at the start of 2021, RWinvest started to release some of the most exciting stock we have ever had.
Chief among these new projects is ELEMENT – The Quarter.

2021 – Nominated as Business of the Year 2021
Another of our proudest accomplishments was our nomination as Business of the Year 2021 in the prestigious Echo Regional Business Awards.
While we didn’t take the victory home with us this time, our inclusion amongst some of the North West’s greatest companies was a fantastic experience, and we hope to claim the title next year as we look ahead to the future.
