    If you’ve reached the post-sales stage of the buying process at RWinvest, then congratulations, this means you’ve now officially purchased your investment property!

    Following on from the client care team, the post-sales team at RWinvest provides the final service for those buying an investment property in the UK.

    After you’ve purchased and officially own your selected unit, our post-sales team will be in touch to offer their guidance and respond to any issues.

    Introductory Call

    Your post-sales representative will contact you for an introductory call or email following your property purchase.

    During this call, a member of our post-sales team will introduce themselves and talk you through their services. They’ll also provide you with a handover pack containing relevant information and contact details.

    The RWinvest post-sales team offers a bespoke service to clients. We understand that when buying property, especially off-plan property, buyers like to stay up to date with the progress of their purchase.

    Our post-sales representatives work closely with the property developers behind each project to provide these construction updates to our clients.

    We publish our construction updates on our website and via social media. However, you can also call or email a member of our post-sales team if you’d like to receive the latest construction update for a particular development.

    If you’d like to take a tour of the construction site of your property, this is something that our post-sales representatives are happy to arrange.

    This gives you the chance to see the progress of a development first-hand while also experiencing the surrounding area that your development is based in.
